Esta política describe cómo el asistente de información de Vitazyme® (el “Asistente”), disponible por WhatsApp y Telegram, trata los datos de las personas que le escriben. El Asistente entrega información técnica sobre ensayos de campo del bioestimulante Vitazyme.

Qué datos tratamos

• Tu número de teléfono o identificador de usuario de WhatsApp/Telegram y tu nombre de perfil público.
• El contenido de los mensajes de texto y las notas de voz que envías al Asistente.
• Metadatos técnicos básicos de la conversación (fecha, idioma, tipo de solicitud).

No solicitamos ni almacenamos datos financieros, contraseñas ni información sensible.

Para qué los usamos

• Responder tus consultas y generar los documentos que pidas (fichas, presentaciones).
• Transcribir las notas de voz para poder responderlas.
• Entender el uso del Asistente y mejorar su calidad.

Proveedores que intervienen

Para funcionar, el Asistente comparte lo mínimo necesario con: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) y Telegram como canales de mensajería, y un proveedor de inteligencia artificial que procesa el texto y transcribe el audio para elaborar la respuesta. No vendemos ni cedemos tus datos con fines publicitarios.

Conservación

Guardamos el historial de interacciones por el tiempo necesario para operar y mejorar el servicio, y luego lo eliminamos o anonimizamos. Puedes pedir la eliminación de tus datos en cualquier momento.

Tus derechos

Puedes solicitar acceder a tus datos, corregirlos o eliminarlos escribiendo a privacidad@vitazyme.info. También puedes dejar de usar el Asistente en cualquier momento; basta con no escribirle o bloquear el número.

Menores

El Asistente está dirigido a profesionales y usuarios del ámbito agrícola, no a menores de edad.

Cambios

Podemos actualizar esta política. La versión vigente estará siempre en esta página.

This policy explains how the Vitazyme® information assistant (the “Assistant”), available on WhatsApp and Telegram, handles data from people who message it. The Assistant provides technical information about field trials of the Vitazyme biostimulant.

Data we process

• Your phone number or WhatsApp/Telegram user ID and your public profile name.
• The content of the text messages and voice notes you send to the Assistant.
• Basic technical conversation metadata (date, language, request type).

We do not request or store financial data, passwords or sensitive information.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and generate the documents you request (fact sheets, presentations).
• To transcribe voice notes so we can respond to them.
• To understand usage and improve the Assistant's quality.

Third parties involved

To operate, the Assistant shares the minimum necessary with: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) and Telegram as messaging channels, and an artificial-intelligence provider that processes text and transcribes audio to build the response. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Retention

We keep interaction history for as long as needed to operate and improve the service, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Your rights

You may request to access, correct or delete your data by writing to privacidad@vitazyme.info. You can also stop using the Assistant at any time by simply not messaging it or blocking the number.

Minors

The Assistant is intended for agricultural professionals and users, not for minors.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will always be on this page.
